I have spent the past 15 years dedicated to my own personal self discovery, absorbing all the goodness of how to grow and learn as a soul bringing in the teachings needed to evolve to a place that brings me pure joy, happiness, peace and balanced calm! I started creating my own techniques making it easier & quicker for my self-growth as I learnt new possibilities about life, and a natural way of living not only for my self but for my whole family.
My journey was not just for me but I recognised the extraordinary results it was creating for my whole family and to this day I am a true advocate for loving and living life always open to living life to my full potential possible!

1 : 1 personalised coaching PROGRAM
This is the perfect choice if you feel your looking for guidance in one or more areas of your life. Together we address what it is your soul is searching for including past pains and future plans! Each session will consist of a 1 hour zoom, FaceTime or Phone Call, focusing on your intentions for that session.
Free 30 minute connection chat where we discuss your goals and get super clear on what is it you want to get out of our time together. This is no commitment to go ahead with the program.
Pre-Consultation Questionnaire an overview of where your at, the foundation of the start of your journey. This gives me time to get to know you prior to our session so we can dive straight in!
1 x 60min Initial coaching ‘kick start’ session this is where it all begins to transform your life through your own journey.
5 x 60min coaching sessions weekly sessions working on your goals, vision and connecting to your truth as I hold space for your personal transformation and souls growth.
1 x 60min follow up session 4 weeks after your last coaching session; your time to share your journey so far.
