Cacao Coconut Balls

My all time favourite snack on the go! If your not already joining in on this healthy habit then I highly recommend you jump on board! It’s not only a highly nutritious treat for the adults but my children absolutely love them! you can always mix up the ingredients to pretty much anything you choose!


What you need: (Makes 10 balls)

1 Cup of Almonds

1/2 Cup of Shredded Coconut (put a little a side for the topping)

8 Medjool Dates

2 Tbsp of Raw Cacao Powder

What to do:

  • Remove the pit from the dates.

  • Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and mix until it forms a doughy mixture.

  • Form 10 balls with the mixture, roll in extra shredded coconut and store in the fridge to preserve freshness.
